This year in addition to the traditional shredded pork we are offering - Whole Smoked Boston Butt for $12/lb.

If you choose to order the whole butt you will need to pick up on SUNDAY, September 3rd, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM at Althaus Park. Smoked butts weigh between 6 and 7 pounds.

All standard products are available for advance purchase and will be ready for pick-up in the drive-thru line on

Monday, September 4, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
